Its awesome working here every day there is a new learning for me and i think words will be less if i will describe fully. Specially thanks to Mr. Brij Bhushan Rajpali (General Manager) of our resort. He is a great person and very helpful and kind.

There is no work life balance, you work for 13-14hrs straight and they don’t even bother. They only claim everything about employees and about their betterment in files only or in paper but not in real life so it’s a scam.

What I didn't like about Taj Fateh Prakash Palace was politics, Mr. Santhosh Burla (Front Office Manager) is a terrible guy. Didn't support me. He only supports his spoons. He will never support you if he sees that you are working very well in your work and the GM appreciates your work. Rest everyone in the hotel is hardworking and supportive, However, a few guys on the managing level didn't want you to grow. Be careful if you are joining here in front office department or prepare yourself to become his spoon....Read More
