First Of all Let Me Know That I Got To Work There for a Microsense Company. Since I Am Information Of Technology I Used To Work In The Department So I Didn't Get Much Focus Other Side. Everyone Knows That Private Job Don't Have A Secure Job So It's The Same Here As It Is Elsewhere. If You Can Talk About It In The Work Culture There,It's Good, But I Can't Tell The Rest Of My Department. Compensation is decent but growth is slow the work pressure is very high. Sometimes I have to work 15 to 18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

What I didn't like about Taj Fateh Prakash Palace was politics, Mr. Santhosh Burla (Front Office Manager) is a terrible guy. Didn't support me. He only supports his spoons. He will never support you if he sees that you are working very well in your work and the GM appreciates your work. Rest everyone in the hotel is hardworking and supportive, However, a few guys on the managing level didn't want you to grow. Be careful if you are joining here in front office department or prepare yourself to become his spoon....Read More
