What I didn't like about Taj Fateh Prakash Palace was politics, Mr. Santhosh Burla (Front Office Manager) is a terrible guy. Didn't support me. He only supports his spoons. He will never support you if he sees that you are working very well in your work and the GM appreciates your work. Rest everyone in the hotel is hardworking and supportive, However, a few guys on the managing level didn't want you to grow. Nothing to like about this company. Worst company to work for. Women are not safe in this company in Taj lands there were camras found in the ladies washroom and the hr department was begging us to not file a police complaint against them to same their brand image.

Everything, this company doesn't respect their employees, if you have the wrong thinking that this company does not fire people then you are wrong, people get fired for no reason at all. They can layoff anybody at any point of time without any reason and hr dept forces them to resign so technically they don't consider it as firing, union is strong people who work don't get what they deserve and people from union dond do anything and still enjoy their loves. The worst part about this company is that it's not safe for women, there have been camars found in the ladies washroom in Taj lands end Mumbai and hr was pleading the ladies of our department not to file a police complaint. Worst company to work for. Not even women are safe here then what's the use of this company, why such a big name a hollow name. Other than this long working hours with no extra pay. Pathetic ,I hate the people who where working here from ages , who never want to learn and try new things and they make you to do same . So dealing with such fellow employees every single day is a task.
