as a butler we have to look after all the allocated rooms, pre arrival arrangement, check in, in villa dinning ,private dinning ,mini bar, personal concierges.

During the COVID-19 hotel support very well. And company policies also helpful during this time.work culture of the hotel is very friendly and helpful everyone in the hotel are understanding. Thank you so much to all who help me in this difficult time.

Always long hours of working & sometimes manager force to do the double shift. Managers they don't give off on requested day. They cancel the leave as well
