Fully disappointed and unsatisfied with this organization. The management and CEO failed to deliver on their promises. Initially, a salary of 2.4 LPA was offered, but after joining, only 15k per month was provided. Even after completing the probation period, the promised salary adjustment to 2.4 LPA never occurred, and they continueto pay only 15k. The company’s facilities are substandard, resembling rented rooms or a lodge rather than a professional workspace. Rooms and washrooms are not cleaned regularly, making it difficult to feel comfortable or adjusted in this environment. Each month, when the salary is due, management behaves in a toxic and rude manner, often finding minor faults to justify delays. They also show a lack of empathy, failing to understand or support employees dealing with personal issues.
