Its one of the better mid size companies to work for. That being said your personal growth & development would boil down to your reporting manager and the relationship you have with him. I was lucky to have an excellent individual who provided me the avenues to learn & grow. Being 350+ company you can expect many mid management personals and definitely all wont be working for your development. As a growing organisation TAAL has its fair share of challenges but for people with good capabilities & ambition there's definite possibilities. But dont expect it to be a smooth sail, be prepared to fight your battles but those with patience there is good pay off in the long term.
