- I have over 10 years of experience in this industry, worked with lot of managers and staff engineers. I have never seen a such an egocentric person like Sysvine's CEO. He shouts, uses all kinds swear words, threatens the employee, and does peak micromanagement, and lot of other cheap things which will make us to question our life's choices. Don't ever get too close with the CEO. I have personally witnessed many people crying their souls out after being insulted by him - The HR manager, who has been there in this company since its inception, you know who I'm taking about, is fully anti-employee. Such a cruel person he is. If have any contradictions with the management/CEO then this guy will be their on-demand henchman. This guy is a corporate criminal, you can go through the old genuine reviews in Glassdoor. - Lot of the online reviews that you read here and in other job forums are given by higher level management who are very close to the CEO, for the sake of some silly perks. I totally hate these fake review peddlers - Most of the higher level managers that I have seen in Sysvine are "YES SIR" kind of people, who always agrees with the CEO, that's why he keeps them close to him. The major thing that you see in IT companies is the attrition but here the high level managers remain glued to their seats for many many years, because they are always smiling with wide open mouths, saying "YES SAAAR, YES SAAAR", always agreeing with the stupidity of the CEO. - There is also an another funny policy. They would claim that there is no hierarchy in this company and you can address anyone by their name, same as other IT firms, but whenever you see the supreme leader, the CEO, you always need to address him as "SIRRRR"...Read More
