Joinned Sysvine Technologies as AWS DevOps. But over the years I got chance to learn multiple cloud and now I can proudly say that I am multi cloud expert. Received tremendous support from Sysvine management whenever you want to do learn and implement something new. Not only cloud, by working in mutiple projects I got chance to learn and explore multiple DevOps tools like Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, ArgoCD, Github Action, Ansible, Packer, Jenkins. I have had the privilege to work with team where I learned problem solving, debugging and leadership skills etc. I am extremely grateful to Sysvine for what I achieved so far. Its a company which deals with services as well as own product softwares and being a female employee it's a best company to work and they do give priority for women who wants to restart their career, they encourage you to give priority for women who want to restart their career, they encourage you to try different tech stack which are hot in the market. In the age of AI Sysvine have started applying Machine learning and Data science into their projects for better relevance. Every year they have company day, Aimvine where performers and teams are honoured by the CEO himself From Team Lunch to GameVine everybody working here experiences out of office activities too. The company is attempting to adopt a corporate structure, but it still operates in a very old school model and does not seem ready to fully transition in the near future. Its essential for the company to understand the realities of the outside world and recognize that there are few factors influencing the work. Huge attrition rate,Management may be trying to retain employees through various means, yet it not prioritized increasing the salary package to remain competitive with other companies. As a former employee, I appreciated the work life balance and Work from home option for some time, but it may not be the same experience for everyone and it depends on the project nature. Salary is paid on first Tuesday of every month, company should consider implementing a consistent payment date. Inconsistency in the salary dates impacted much, and it was also one of the reasons for my exit from the company. Otherwise a good place to learn and grow....Read More
