As a former employee, I appreciated the work life balance and Work from home option for some time, but it may not be the same experience for everyone and it depends on the project nature. Salary is paid on first Tuesday of every month, company should consider implementing a consistent payment date. Training - you have to train yourself and being with this company your soft skills will improve. Job security- yes there are termination for poor performers. Salary - will be credited on time and appraisal is always a pain which is usual when dealing with any company. I joined as a fresher so not sure how they negotiate. Work life balance - is a worst part. You will work more than what you are interested to add you start of with new technologies. Micro management, cunning processes and irritating hrs, frequent warnings for project crisis and some other limitations are there. But over all it's a good company....Read More

I joined them as fresher and learned a lot of technologies and soft skills as well. Even now at 6 years, I am benifited with what I learned there. I was happy and also exhausted a part of Sysvine. I started as a dev and ended up managing a team of 12.
