I Worked with Synoptics Technologies Limited for almost one year and I really gained excellent knowledge on B2B sales.. It was amazing working with entire sales team and I have lot of memories with this company

More trainings on product should be added for Sales so team can achieve more targets.

The company needs to demonstrate greater sensitivity towards the employees' needs. Also granting leave on Saturdays is of utmost Importance for better work life balance, hope to see a positive change in this regards in future.
