Salary timing is quite good

Dirty politics. Old employees have their own freedom. They are non skilled and have no work whole day. Thy do always politics for every New employees... Because of only job enssequrity. MD always listen about old mejority. Hatable working environment.. MD have kicked out old employees.. Balnder, beniwal,Bail, danveer,and many more if he wants to grow actually.. Or review their work byself

Hello dear, I have once again come to share my very bad experience in front of you all. And I am telling you all this because what happened with me does not happen with anyone else. Today I am talking about Synokem pharmaceuticals limited company which is near Paschim Vihar metro station. My interview in this company went on for 3 months. The interview was first on whatsapp, then on call, then on zoom and then face to face. After that for 15 days there was no reply from the company side. After that I followed up with the company HR Surbhi Arora ji daily to ask about the result. There was no reply from the company HR. Then today when I called, he disconnected the call. My only suggestion is that you should not go for interview in this company. It is a total waste of time. All the employees here are highly unprofessional. There is no culture. There is no duty.
