1)Internal meetings, 2)Client meetings attending. There is very less scope as a learning opportunity. Your skills will not be used and you will loose your existing knowledge and skills. The work will be based on the clients demand and not as per the current industry requirements. That will trouble in getting a new job after the Syngene.

Dislikes

The Management set policies can be used and enjoyed by higher management. Individual business units has a targeted time lines with limited man power. The assigned work will be pending if you are no leave and it has to be completed by your self. There is no respect for people working from longer tenure. Hard to get the promotions, though you perform well without any QMS. Mangers were presenting silly reasons for stopping the promotions. There are some higher management (pets-The culprits) how will get the awards, rewards, promotions and increments by default. Other will suffer due to this biased system....Read More

No career growth, Many levels between Executive and Manager , Not recognising for promotion even after 6years in same position, For parents no Mediclaim policies need to pay extra, Always panic about job security due to internal issues

You start hating the company the moment you join the company and in fact the moment you talk to the HR during recruitment process. You don't find any corporate culture, very hostile environment, troubling managers and seniors. You regret if you join this company. Its better to sit at home without any job rather working here.
