I had an extremely disappointing experience working at synergy technology services. The management is highly unorganized, with no proper planning before execution, leading to chaotic workflows and undue stress on employees. 1. Work Environment: The company enforces a strict formal dress code, even for employees who commute via local trains, which is highly impractical. There are no real breaks only a rigid 30-minute lunch break, and even stepping downstairs for a quick breather is not allowed. Employees are monitored constantly through cameras, and even casual discussions with colleagues are discouraged. 2. Work Pressure & Restrictions: Employees are expected to sit for 9 long hours in front of their laptops without breaks. If you take even a short breather, the project manager will scold you. Mobile phone usage is strictly prohibited, and washroom visits are monitored, with complaints even about minor things like water spills. The HR department is unprofessional and often rude, with a lack of basic respect for employees. 3. Salary & Job Security: Salaries are delayed, often paid after 40 days instead of the standard 30-day cycle. There is zero job security. Salary is very less, you won't get good appraisal, no job security , U can be fired any day , and worst part the upper level people don't care about employees, they will only care about their projects, i asked a raised they told me , tareko itna Dene se acha mai 2 logo ko rakh lu. Better think twice before joining.

IT & HR department not co-operative. Too much micro-management in some scenarios. You may find some non-skill people who always need assistance—inadequate communication between the company with the clients. Never provide a laptop unless you are a girl/woman or you have some contacts in the head department.

I joined Synergy technology services as a fresher. For a fresher, the organization offers descent amount of work with good technology exposure. As, it was still in a growing phase, to embrace clients deadlines were strict . Fun events used to be organized monthly which made things light.

Dislikes

Management is unprofessional and rude towards employees, appreciation is less, hike is very poor. Start salary is extremely less . Maternity leaves were seen to be not entertained even after being in company for quite sometime Leave Sandwich policy
