Synergy as a Principals is a very good organization to work, but the Franchises who are managing their regional city outlets are not meeting the ethical datum of organization. No proper processes set to built confidence in Employees or enrolled Students , Insufficient funds allocation for basic facilities and lack of professional and Leadership approach. Some of the partners work like a Retail competitors deteriorating Synergy's core values. I had very sour experience from Franchises owners who do not get involved in any value based propositions for organization and expects growth and profits with minimal investments, which is devastating the Synergy Brand and learning standards.. ....Read More
