There is nothing to like in that company. I will never recommend to work with this organisation, they put false allegations after removing me from Everywhere and sent me an email that i haven’t logged in from 8 days such a bull shit company. If you want to save your future and career please dont join that company. The HR ABHAY GOEL he doesn’t even behave like HR (just a puppet) length of this company is 25 people maximum and also operates through a whatsapp group, no portal to use ,you can use portal through anydesk pathetic company after serving more thn 2 years in the company they have no respect for such employees they do not have humanity either....Read More

Work culture is pathetic, no growth if you join the organisation this year so my friend you will still be on that post after 5-6 years no salary growth, lots of false promises they do with their employees but fulfill none they do unnecessary calls and exploit the employee

Everything, they wont give you leaves they wont even allow you to take sick leaves you hsve to inform them 2 weeks prior ... how can someone inform if they are going to get ill or not. the managers are very rude , and doesnt know how to talk . they are going bankcrupt and still hiring. everyone is leaving the company because of the work pressure. al they care aabout is cv cv and cv .

They do not provide salary slips, they threaten there employees by saying they will ruin their career, and the best part they use alias names for contacting the candidates in UK/Europe. The company doesn't pay there taxes which are to be paid to the government and also they illegally work at Ashok bhawan, as it's strictly not allowed to work after 8:PM but still they do that, best part they can't stand rejection. In Synergy there isn't much positivity; everyone appears to be filled with negative energy, and they perceive new hires as mere puppets rather than employees.

Seniors aren't open to guiding their subordinates, and if they make a mistake, the entire team places blame on them. They often pressure you to resign from your current position, citing various reasons. People join them to grow and learn new things, but I'm very sorry to say that such opportunities rarely occur for anyone during their entire time with the organization.
