There is no work life balance, they don't care if you have to work till 2am they'll just say it's a client requirement. Management is worst they'll only provide appraisals and award's to those who will chit chat with them informally, even if you are a critical and deserving resource you are not going to get any opportunity of onsite or appraisal

No job security. I was on bench for 2 months and later they called and asked to resign. It's like indirect layoff. The opportunities provided in bench period are for name sake.

Until you are tagged with an account, you are in good. once you goes to Bench, I recommend to switch another company asap. Because they will give you only 45 days to switch to another account. Otherwise they release the employee. Think about the senior employee(45 days is very less to prepare after release from a account)

They don't have much projects. You have to give interview to into a project and even if you crack those interviews there is no guarantee to get a project. And the worst part is if you are in bench for more than 2 months then they will ask you to resign. And that's I decided to quit within 3 months after joining. So decide your career carefully don't fall for higher package.
