Very Unprofessional people, I worked here for 1.6 years and was terminated during the lockdown on the grounds of conflict of interest. In case anyone of you is looking for a job change, think twice before joining this organization. as when they need you they will treat you the best and when they don't need you anymore they will throw you out, disable your email access out of sudden, and then share you the termination letter for no reason. and top of it will not pick your call. When I ask for a salary they say that we will check the laptop first. Everybody was aware of it that I never take a laptop home, and they break the drawer took the laptop, and have not cleared my salary till now. They can stoop low to any level to make people believe they are good....Read More

One of the employees was not well and was on Notice Period, he submitted his report to the HR Manager, she said you will not get leaves as you don't have any left. Despite the employee is ready to deduct the leaves from Salary, she didn't approve the leaves. She always has one answer. Let me get back to you once I discuss with management and believe me she never takes those situations/complaints to management. I was the biggest hurdle because I was in favor of employees which I recruited for 2 years with them so she very smartly managed to convince management to terminate me. Not their fault, they should be intelligent enough to understand her game. where she wants to be the boss (she actually is as the management don't use their mind)....Read More

I worked as Sr. HR Associate, was appointed on the false promises. I was appointed as HR Manager but on the day of joining they gave me Sr. HR Associate as designation. Despite asking them several times they never changed it and say it hardly matters.
