The call flow is just terrible, no time to breathe, back to back calls and by the end of the shift you will be exausted. You might feel ok for 2-3 months in this role and then you will hate you job. If will have v bad impact on health. V bad call flow.

The people the management the fake concern if u want to forget u have a personal life and become a slave please join synchrony and for the work you do u will not at all be satisfied with the pay. And if you come across people named Orijit or Achsah or Asif or Suveera or Sanjay Or Tejaswini just think you are gone, if names are takenspace wouldn't be enough because most managers are fake they don't know nothing about the process and when we question them they give us a stupid answer and when quality hears they mark us down and managers will deny no you did it and there are is a special specimen who got affected with COVID 19 a manager and they logged in to work how stupid is that I mean again I understand they had to showoff to get a promotion or maybe you are dedicated and have no life but if you die in your place someone else will come but think about your family you fake double standard person so again not all managers are bad there are some good people too but again it's luck if you get in their team and going back to the double standard managers they make you feel as if they concerned about you but it isn't about you it's your login hours and they hire people or promote who don't have any knowledge and if we have a complicated scenario and reach out all they say is reach out to some other person and the best part is leaves if you need to plan a leave you need to apply 3 months prior I mean if someone is on the deathbed just say to them hey don't die in this week I didn't get leave please die later when I get a leave. If a manager is really concerned they might find an alternative but these people won't oh yes they give an alternative of begging for swaps from other employees which I am sure nobody gives And when it comes to work they setup all shifts and breaks and weekoffs in such a way you don't have time to talk to anyone or friends and there are some people who think it's a great place to work yes maybe in other countries but not here...Read More

It's a mess no work life balance even if you are sick people say others are working they are too sick if someone is dead in the family too they don't bother all they want is u to login and work. There are few people who care and people who fake it

The worst company I've been in ever....i thought with the branding and all it has all over the place in Hyderabad it will be a great company to work at but it wasn't at all.... The hr team and basically almost everybody from the management is so slow and less progressive with their work. I wouldn't recommend anyone to work in such a place at all . Don't go by the brand is what I learnt.

I like all of it! I wish I could stay there for more years!

Salary was the deal breaker. The pay is far below the average industries. No matter how much you perform there is no incentives. I was a great performer myself, during my time there I saw a dozen of employees who left due to salary reasons and trust me I know some of them who were really good in communication skills and the amount of commitment they put into their job role. Great loss for them to let those employees go! I'll share with you what I do when my salary gets credited, I pay my house rent and buy groceries and that's it. I don't have to do the math to show you how that's taken care off. Make sure you get experience and negotiate salary before accepting their offer! Other than that You'll be happy.
