Very less pay. You are forced to take calls even you move into other role. Pay is very very less. You can expect hike only upto 6% even you are excellant performer. Leaves are a big headache. You will have sufficient leave balance but no slots as usual to get approved. Pay is very very less across. You will get gifts quaterly and other occasions which they say that they are doing so much for employees. I worked synchrony for 2years, I have put down my papers and wanted to take back but the managers politics is not good, managers in synchrony are way to rude to the employees. And the worst part of the company is they don’t take the ex employees again.
