I really enjoyed to working at Swiggy bundle technology private Lmt. Very useful to improve our Self and candidate problem solved at the same time many of the process. Interested to work in the precious moments of my life.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
