There is no job security, company fires you anytime according to their requirement. Pre-covid work culture was good but during covid work culture is terrible. Management experience is average. Company policy also at average level.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
