The only thing I like about swiggy that my team and my managers were very supportive.

Work Details

I worked as a mis executive for swiggy instamart. My experience was very bad, I don't know why they hire mis by third party agency. There is no week off if you are the only Mis in your team or City.

Work timings: Flexible Timings

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
