I like the most thing is team work that all the department interact and work together and every department is interlinked with each other that make the team spirit for the upgrading of our company and I'm proud to work in the swiggy

Some of the processes that are not required and some of the process are removed that are needed and I think the employee opinion is must so that the ground level employee know the work what happened in the ground level and the asm are better than sm I am saying because they are involved in all the tasks, But the sm are involved in only some of the task that make the some what efforts less

The people of the company are great. Everywhere you'll find good people. The company doesn't follow any hierarchy makes it easier to talk with senior management. The reimbursements gets approved without any hassle Great company for first job experience

The team doesn't have any discussions on which they can actually improve They just follow the central team's guidelines and follow it blindly There is not growth potential and learnings at the job. The job can be done by a 10th pass kid as well Whatever mode is there to make learnings possible there is no time to make it usable. The work is being dumped upon like a garbage truck and every deadline is on the very same day. Appraisals and promotions are useless. Everybody's gonna get a rating of 3 only.
