After my joining I have created safety culture in swayam Swachata Initiative limited under supervision of my boss Mr Sanjeet Dangi and support of my colleagues Mr.Vipin Mishra, Janmejay jena and Amar kishor Dobai. We had made lot of effort for building of EHS culture in an unorganised sector i.e. Collection and transportation of MSW. Although it was not an easy task but we have done it. Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
