Nothing to learn new in site office politics and management is worst They will not give you salary slip and will bully you even after leaving job. Salary is cut due to expenses, you will get better pay even if u join some call center and work there for more than an year or two. Worst work culture and you will end up again after many years of work as a fresher in your field

Worst company to work. No salary slip and engineers will end up like technicians working like a labours for a small salary. No growth

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
