Manager not using their own eye, ears,brain Manager have pet dogs from team. Manager listen and act on information which get from their pet dogs. HR SYSTEM IS NOT GOOD NOT WORKING FOR GROUND LEVEL WORKER. No same salary for same work in team

Job security good, in this covid-19 situation company has provided 100% salary to each employee, and company culture is good, equally provide career growth opportunities.

Dislikes

Different salary pay for same position, some employees gating good package but some have gating very low.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
