This is one of the leading manufacturing company in plastic injection moulding field. I love to working this company because I have a space to learn lot of things like mechanical and electrical related works. Our management giving responsibility and giving freedom to do anything like TPM activities maintain 5S and research and development. Dislikes

I think growth is slow. Work pressure is too high. Manager don't value an individual's unique strength. Here manpower shortage so for an individual having more stress to complete the work.

Work Details

Generally speaking, my work is interested by day to day because I face a maintenance issues in machine differently in every day. So my work is challenging and used to developing skill my self.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.
