Likes

Sales and Promotional activities are impressive. Marketing strategy is very good.

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Every two-Three months change the Distributor, Official staff's knowledge is too low, Some lyer senior staff. Unnecessary make a pressure on sales staff.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
