HOD creates unnecessary pressure Micro managing- Uses the stick and stick (no carrots) approach- constantly nags about lack of increment, lack of growth and lack of clarity on promotions.. in that background with no motivation in sight..wants staff to go beyond what is expected Too much back log and shortage of staff HODs wants complete control over matters/ as if they doesn't trusts. More interested in employee's timings to office than on work. Late sitting is encouraged, and leaving on time is looked down upon HOD wants staff to inform before leaving for the day.. which hurts self respect. It is like on a daily basis you have to justify leaving even after working hours are finished. Only beautiful building at HQ

Except the office building, there is nothing to like in the Company. Not at all advisable for any level, unless someone is going there with reference of Pramoters. No buisness vision, ability to work in competitive world of business and on each 2-3rd year company will fight for its existence. Many groups with selective employees and thus the others have no space to be there .
