Over all my 2 year experience as a fresher was very good i good supportive teammates siniors and HOD but HR staff and facility providing staff was not working properly.as i posted in AP food was not suitable. Those are the challenges.... But for any freshers i will suggest to go for suzlon it gives amazing statr and pure knowledge regarding your field.
