Likes

Suzlon have narrow minded managers. So its has verry irritate while working and appraisal. Also many manager from gujarat are partiality and done castizam.

Dislikes

Everything is bad and not in manner at site level... Manager dont have leadership qualities... Work life balance is very poor. Manegers from Gujarat are do Castizam and partiality for othet state employees
