I like the domain of work they do.

Dislikes

They don't acknowledge the talent in employee. Behaviors of directors are very pathetic. There is zero job security, like they will hire an employee with so much effort and process but after one or two months they suddenly realize the profile is not needed. They follow different rules and regulations for different employee. There is no training and development, Sr. consultants doesn't guide or help you to improve your skills.
