Sutherland is a renowned company, all the employees were amazing, i have learnt lot of things from Sutherland global services. It's like a government job di not worry about job security.

Sutherland is a amazing organisation, Bhopal side was new a pilot batch they didi not gave us any opportunity for promotion , also work culture are very poor, team leader Susmita Ghosh is one of a example. Manegement were very poor. HR has not contribution. If you asking for any help from HR she said she will ask the things with Salil sir our operations manager then she will confirm. Too much politics was there, Team lead are too biyast.....Read More

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
