This is specifically about affordable housing department. Worst ever team, the boss, the credit team and ofcourse the incentive structure itself. Login to sanction ratio is 9:1 if you logiin 10 files, 9 will be rejected and 1 will be sanctioned after 2-3 months of login. Boss is from CASA background he doesn't know A for apple from housing department. He's so called KHAS of MD hence he's in the company. Rest no unity in team, no talent, no cooperation etc. i left within 2 months....Read More

It is okay to stay up late on the last 10 days of the month according to bank timings, but it is not okay to stay up until 7-8-9 pm every evening. Because many activists live outside, they have to move away.So this is like equalizing time.

Lot of office politics and favouritism. Don't give good increments. They showcase themselves as though they have a very employee friendly culture but that is not the case. Now with the new HR head in the system, people are more worked up. Beware of what you share with your colleagues. You never know who may backstab you.

stream level micromanagement at HO office. maximum origination think how to provide better policy/ environments to our employee but suryoday bank HR or management always think how to reduce existing service. Lots of communication gap. Apart of salary ,don't expect any thing from HR department. HR not provide employee benefit policy .
