Likes

Work ethics are quite good, they give more importance to women and encourage women empowerment. Appraisals are fair enough. Management is transparent.

Dislikes

Salary is comparably low to any other firm. Probation period is 6 months long. ESI, PF accounts were not made nor was the amount deposited. No cafeteria.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting. I didn't struggle even though there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
