Nothing tbh, people who have worked with me with me in software department would relate well with this.

Dislikes

1. Limited growth as work is quite repetitive in nature, no real problem solving at tech level, only by opting out of these companies you'll be able to make career in tech. 2. None of the people at top level understand tech, they're just good at forcing unrealistic timelines on you because they think everything's so simple but if asked to implement then they themselves don't know what to do, how to do, where to do. 3. All people who were in my team has left the company, that pretty much sums up the company culture. 4<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Peanuts salary</mark>. If you're getting a extra peanut as compared to your colleagues, don't confuse that it's because of skill level. They are giving to extra peanut to have ownership on you. 5. At the time of exit they'll trouble you a lot if you were good at work. That's how they reciprocate. I left company 3 months back still yet to receive my experience certificate but I thank god that they didn't provide me that otherwise it would have spoiled my profile.
