...n my team has left the company, that pretty much sums up the company culture. 4. Peanuts salary. If you're getting a extra peanut as compared to your colleagues, don't confuse that it's because of skill level. They are giving to extra peanut to have ownership on you. 5. At the time of exit they'll trouble you a lot if you were good at work. That's how they reciprocate. I left company 3 months back still yet to receive my experience certificate but I thank god that they didn't provide me that otherwise it would have spoiled my profile. There's more to say but I won't waste your and my time anymore.

Work environment is encouraging and respectful. Provides a great opportunity for professional development as the company is in its early stages of growth and offers new challenges for skill development. Work hours are reasonably flexible Management values and rewards a good work ethic and valuable inputs.

The office is not near a metro station and requires travel through cabs or shared autos

As the founder of the company I do not know how much this review matters but from the reviews with the team that I have had, we have successfully created a culture of mutual growth, proactive responsibilities, learning, and creating a nurturing environment.

Dislikes

As we are a start up just entering our commercialization stage the team size isn't very large. This is a boon and a Bane.
