1. Salary is not satisfying as compared to 10 hour shift. 2. Forget about appraisal or promotion. 3. Only night shift for men. 4. No overtime allowance, night shift allowance. 5. No GL or PL not even restricted Holidays off.

Not good salary. Company policies are changing. Office Not cleaning regularly. In covid situations if employee will positively but at that moment they not given sick leave. Extra work payment not given just management team done the work of regularly completed data.

Overall work experience was not bad. If work was completed then we learned other departments then we learned it do that work that's a good benefit.
