Management is really great who supporting a lot to the employee and their families. Job security and learning are excellent. Conducting all hands meeting frequently we can understand the company's vision and mission and strategy in that meetings.

Until anil jain sir was handling this company all was god but when management is changed they have done unwanted hiring of peope without larger amount of projects in hand and then fired them( all old and new employees over 150). If u want job security then sunedison is not for you. And if you working as a engineer you are not getting any appreciation ever. Very unprofessional organization.
