Strategy changes very often , almost all installations are delayed for more than 5months. No proper collaborations between Ops and SCM teams leads to delay in execution

Salary on time Mr. Anil jain ji is true leader and best person He gave salries to all Employe even in lockdown. When he was managing work that time it used to be a great company.

Dislikes

As the management changed after lockdown this company became the worst comapny No job security I have been told to resign though i served for 5 years. They did bulk hiring without any plan now started firing, as on date approx 150 members were fired. Politics, no business sence.

Until anil jain sir was handling this company all was god but when management is changed they have done unwanted hiring of peope without larger amount of projects in hand and then fired them( all old and new employees over 150). If u want job security then sunedison is not for you. And if you working as a engineer you are not getting any appreciation ever. Very unprofessional organization.
