Being an automotive plastic injection molding Plant it requires continuous improvement in the areas like quality,cost,productivity,safety,overall customer satisfaction and to meet all this company is very open for innovation and it provides excellent learning and leadership.it has Maruti as a major client.Very good management , team and work culture.

Dislikes

Sometimes it becomes difficult to balance work-life, as in most of the time I have to work extended hours to meet the customer requirements for that I do receive appreciation from our customers but it goes unnoticed during appraisal. Team support and spirit is excellent. Salary growth is not satisfactory.

Work Details

I have to look after entire manufacturering , marketing, Quality , Maintenance and inventory management majorly. As well as in day to day activities like production , planning, inspections, customer complaints , dispatches,safety.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.
