The work culture is very good. Colleagues are really supportive. The mind set of employees here is to contribute to the Company's overall growth. And as a result people are completely involved in their work, but also help each other (even if from different team or function) in their wor k. Managers are very supportive and learning culture is very good here and individual growth of the employee is also good....Read More

Dislikes

The salary structure is not so good. It is quite low for employees of such a reputed company. Work life balance is sometimes difficult to achieve depending on the function or role.
