Likes

I am working here from last 6 month and have observed that there is no growth in terms of experience, salary. So much of politics between staff and higher authority doesn't take any action and they don't listen to lower staff. Management is very bad. They provide food, but not worth it.

1. Working environment 2. Bad management of dispute 3. No career growth 4. Bad fooding

Work Details

Work life is very bad. Duty is rotating on a daily basis. This is the big demerit according to my opinion.

Work days: Rotational Shift (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. After a few months "Congrats on your Promotion!" Moral? Hard work is good. Smart work is better. But jugaad? Boss, that’s the best! Got a crazier PIP escape? Drop it below! 😂👇
