Huge Lay off done during the Covid times. Employees have to take a pay cut or leave the organisation. Company is very fragile and has no backup plans during crisis situation.

Nothing that is worth liking. It is such a bad company which will make your mental health go south. Starting senior level management( who doesn’t even know write a mail, will sit in high designation and torture other people since he is fit for nothing

Everything especially people who have horns that they worked in big reputed organisation and doesn’t even write mail and people who sit in same organisation and make other people’s in chaos.
