Very friendly environment Salary on time Lots of games & activities are being performed for the employees Good team members

The management need to be much more stable Good work-life balance needed More new clients need to be added to bring good revenue for the company More the clients more enthusiastic will be the employees

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
