Great place to work. Here’s a team that’s dedicated to an individual’s growth. The bosses make sure they are supportive of their employees and this applies to not just the employees’ professional but also personal growth. Work hard and play hard is what I experienced. Growth happens when you push yourself out of your comfort zone and that has been my biggest learning at Sturgeon Consulting India. Putting in the extra hours has not only propelled me to be a better consultant today but has also boosted my drive and ambition. Rarely do you find an environment where bosses are more like friends and are genuinely interested in your betterment.
