EVERYTHING! One of the worst studio Muazim khala and sanha they don't know how to talk to employes and manage the studio and their systems are the worst and slow every file takes 30-40min to open

There is nothing to like there dull work environment and rude bosses.

This company is full of lies with zero growth, I worked more than a year in this company and they just fire me by telling me that your work job is done here this is a project based job, they didn't mention this in offer letter and they promise for increment but that was lie too. It is a fraud company only hire freshers so they have to pay less the moment you got your year experience they fire you and hire another freshers for less salary this is a totally fruad company don't go in there...Read More

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
