Pay is very less. They make you work overtime but don't pay enough. Appraisals are bad. Only 2% - 10% increment. Even after internal contributions and timely delivery of quality products (client/internal) they point out only your mistakes and those mistakes are made up. Don't appreciate good work. No bonus or promotions as well. Worse then a clerical govt job.

Nothing much, just a bunch of people gathered together to finish some stuff

Not able to finish what these people are gathered to do. Everyone is moving in a different direction. There is an environment of micromanagement running in the organisation. Overburdened employees have to work into multiple projects. The first organisation where i saw you have to work for couple of hours in 1 project and then some hours in another and then another project.
