The company's leadership was fabulous before joining new CEO. Now, there is an negative vibes all over after new CEO take over. Good Learning opportunities, salary happens on time.

Dislikes

The HR operation is not much effective, there is no succession plan, no consideration of inputs given by functional heads, Great Place to work only sake of peocess. No clarity, organization is in maturing stage in India. High Attrition Rate.
