Worst company I have ever seen. No proper work timings.Every day has to extend the work but they don't offer any comp-off.Micromanagement is at its peak. Have to be in call continuously during the working hours.They named it as a virtual room.Otherwise,people has to visit to office.

Everything. I suggest not to join here. No salary and career growth. Don't have much projects at their end even because of worst project management practices. Project managers don't have any knowledge how to plan and schedule the activities. They will change the policies whenever they want. No work life balance....Read More

No learnings. The company trains employees in its own tools to build chatbots using Chatgpt APIs. Its like designing website through wordpress instead of coding. Company does have client work but everyone does not get opportunity to develop in client work. On top of that salary structure is terrible with deduction in name of variable pay</mark>. Only 4 fix holidays throughout the year and for rest of festivals there are optional 3 holidays Company does not provide medical insurance, no bonuses, increment only in January (that too after completing 1 year as full time) Overall there is no skill development here and no money. My friend worked in the organization for only 1 month and her/him experience was terrible.

After checking reviews of Streebo online multiple times, my friend joined the organization as no negative comment was found. But to tell you the truth, all the reviews that were mentioned on websites were wrong. My friend's experience was terrible. I am writing here to let you know that they will tell you that you will be working onjava technology but actually they will put you on JavaScript instead. Also for KT they just provide you the document and expects you to learn everything on your own. Leaves are so minimum, they only provide 1 leave each month. No CL or SL concept is there. They will tell you that they have learning session on every alternate Saturday. but the learning session was only for 1 hour and for next 4-5 hours you still have to work on your task and that will get you free by 6 PM as usual. Managers are so rude, they have very unprofessional behaviors and same goes with their Hrs. They will gossip about you with other team members like a child. In exit interview the HR will ask you what is the issue why your leaving the organization. They will ask you in front of Manager only, hilarious right !! Also you have to give explanation for each and every hour. My friend has experience of more than 3 years in industry and never had face such situations. Got to know they forcefully ask freshers to post the positive reviews. Leaves are less, only 1 leave per month and national holidays. They will tell you that they have learning session on every alternate Saturday. But the learning session was only for 1 month and for next 4-5 hours you still have to work on your task and that will get you free by 6 pm as usual. Managers are so rude, they have very unprofessional behaviors and same goes with their HRs. Micro-management is there. Also you have to give explanation for each and every hour. No respect for associates. They will gossip about you with other team members like a child. I am having more than 4 years of experience in the IT industry and never had faced such situations. It was horrible.
